No reporting form is available during beta, because no evaluation is based on real research yet. The only complete example on this site is clearly labelled fictional.
How corrections will work
A correction will identify the store, the specific field, what the correct information is and where it can be verified. Corrections are checked against sources before any published fact changes, and a corrected fact produces a new evaluation rather than a silent edit.
